11. Intellectual Property, Photography and Image Rights

At Let The Adventure Begin, we love capturing the unforgettable moments that make every journey special. As part of our tours, our team or authorized partners may take photographs and videos during activities, excursions, and safaris for use in our marketing, promotional materials, website content, and social media platforms.

By participating in any of our tours, experiences, or services, you grant Let The Adventure Begin a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use any images or footage in which you may appear for promotional and commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, digital marketing, print media, advertisements, and online campaigns.

If you prefer not to appear in any photography or videography, you must notify us in writing prior to the commencement of your tour. While we will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests, we cannot guarantee complete exclusion from all group media.

Guest Photography & Usage

Guests are welcome and encouraged to capture their own memories during the tour. However:

  • All photos and videos taken by guests are strictly for personal, non-commercial use.

  • Any commercial use, publication, or distribution of such content (including monetised social media, advertising, or resale) requires prior written consent from Let The Adventure Begin.

Respect for Communities, Culture & Environment

We are committed to responsible and ethical tourism. Guests are required to:

  • Always seek clear permission before photographing or filming local individuals, communities, or private property.

  • Adhere to all local regulations and cultural sensitivities, especially in rural or protected areas.

  • Respect wildlife and conservation guidelines, avoiding disturbance or unsafe proximity when taking photos or videos.

  • Observe restrictions in designated areas where photography or videography may be prohibited.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in restrictions during the tour or removal from certain activities without refund.
